The Modern Sales Leader™

The number you carry to the board is built by the layer with the least investment.

Sound Familiar?

Your managers know how to forecast a deal, they don't know how to forecast for a team.

Your number depends on three people, and the rest can't seem to replicate what works.

You promoted them for selling, and now they super rep instead of coaching.

You rolled out the methodology. Your managers nodded. Nothing changed.

The Program

The Modern Sales Leader™ is a customizable frontline leadership program, built on your sales motion, your systems, and the best practices you already put in place. Being a great seller does not make someone a great leader. Time in the role does not fix that either. Most managers were promoted for hitting quota, then handed a team and no playbook. So they default to what they know.

They jump into deals. They react instead of coach. They solve the problems their reps should be learning to solve themselves. The result is predictable. Stalled opportunities, inconsistent execution, misaligned teams, and revenue that walks out the door the moment the manager gets pulled in ten directions.

The fix is not more hustle. It is a system for how to lead, coach, and scale a team.

Sales Leadership Skills

No generic leadership skills, a modules built specifically around the role of a sales manager.

Plan Your Business

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

When a manager cannot explain how the number gets hit, your forecast is a guess. This builds the plan.

Develop Your Reps

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

Managers who use one approach for every rep stall the middle. This teaches when to coach, teach, or direct.

Build Your Team

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

Open seats and slow ramps cost quarters. This builds a standing bench, a real hiring bar, and faster onboarding.

Own Your Calendar

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

Managers buried in admin are not coaching. This rebuilds the week around a cadence the team can count on.

Coach Your Deals

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

Your managers close deals instead of coaching them. This creates scale and predicability.

Beyond Your Team

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

Your reps will ask for the exception every time. Managers learn what each function owns, when to say no, and when to go to bat, so they run your operating model instead of inventing their own.

Run Your Meeting

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

Unreliable forecasts, unclear pipeline coverage, and 1x1s that are not coaching. This turns meetings into systems.

Hold Your Standard

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

Accountability that only shows up at quarter end is too late. Learn to set expectations and the conversations that follow.

The Frontline Nine

Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

Great selling got them promoted. It also left them with a pattern. The Frontline Nine names which one a manager is running, what it costs the team, and where they should focus to become an intentional leader.

Business Meeting Discussion

What Makes this Program different?

Customized: Before anything gets built, we sit down with you to understand how your world actually runs: the systems, the cadence, the language, and which numbers your team already trusts. Same CRM fields, same forecast categories, same words you already use on accountability. Nothing to translate when your managers get back to their teams, and nothing competing with what you already put in place.

Inside the Work: The coaching happens inside the work, not on top of it. Everything your managers learn gets applied to the pipeline reviews, 1:1s, and live deals already on their calendar. You are not pulling anyone out of the field. You are changing how they spend the time they already spend there.

Modern: Most sales leadership programs were written when a manager could walk the floor, forecast off a rep's gut feel, and coach in person. Your team is distributed, your buying committees are bigger, and your deals slip in ways they did not used to. This teaches managers to coach a team they cannot see and forecast off evidence instead of optimism.

Outcomes: You'll walk aways with: 1. Managers who coach to a repeatable standard every rep on the team can name.  2. Managers who can explain what sits behind the forecast, the upside and the risk, at the level of the whole book rather than one deal at a time.  3. Pipeline reviews that surface risk early enough to act on it.  4. A bench of leaders you can promote with confidence.  5. Ramp time cut, because new reps inherit a manager who can actually coach them.  6. Less top-rep dependence, because the middle of the team lifts.

Built Around The Metrics That Matter

  • Forecast accuracy: Managers run the forecast call and pipeline review against a defined process, so commit stops being a guess. Visible in one quarter.

  • Revenue per rep: Coaching time gets protected and the middle of the team starts moving, not just the top three. Two to three quarters.

  • Quota attainment across the team: More reps at plan instead of a wider spread between your best and everyone else.

  • Ramp time: New hires inherit real coaching instead of a deck, so they get to first close sooner. Two to four quarters.

GTM Alignment

Built in Alignment with your GTM team, because Revenue doesn't happen in a Silo.

Sales Leadership

Finance

You don't need another leadership book, and your managers don't need a facilitator reading someone else's slides. They need frameworks they can run on Monday, taught by someone who has actually done the job.

Kelly Lewis has spent nearly two decades in revenue, most of it carrying a number.

She started in healthcare IT sales at Cerner and Perceptive Software, selling into complex, long-cycle deals. She moved into frontline leadership at Amwell and found out firsthand how little the two jobs have in common. She led teams there through five acquisitions and an IPO, picked up enablement along the way, and grew into the VP seat. She went on to spend three years as VP of Revenue Enablement at Highspot, building the function responsible for making sales programs stick across a global team.

Kelly has been the frontline manager carrying the number, and she has been the enablement leader who had to prove the training worked. Most people selling frontline programs have only done one of those jobs, and it shows in what they build.

She has coached hundreds of frontline leaders. Every engagement starts with stakeholder interviews and gets built on your motion, your systems, and the standards you already put in place. Kelly delivers every session herself. No bench, no certified facilitators, no train-the-trainer.

Your managers are not getting theory from a training company. They're getting someone who has done their job, and the job of making sure it sticks.
