The Modern
Enablement Team™

The Modern Enablement Team™ is a fully customizable program that turns an enablement function from a reactive support desk into the operating system your revenue team runs on. Seven modules, run in full or in part, coached live by a revenue leader who built the enablement function at Highspot from the ground up. Not a maturity model to assess against, and not a fractional leader who does the work and takes the capability with them when the contract ends. Your team never stops shipping. Every framework gets built on a real program already on their roadmap the same week they learn it, so the charter, the intake system, and the measurement plan are live artifacts by the close rather than templates in a folder. Baselines come out of your CRM in week one alongside RevOps, and the same report runs at the end, so what changed is measurable instead of anecdotal. The team finishes owning a charter your stakeholders have endorsed, an intake system that protects their capacity, a program design standard that holds past the launch, and a measurement story they can take into your staff meeting without you having to translate it.

Enablement Offerings

Onboarding Design

A ramp program designed backward from time-to-productivity: milestones at thirty, sixty, and ninety days, certification gates, the manager's role at each stage, and AI-assisted personalization.

GTM Initiative Design

Design and launch architecture for one specific initiative, built backward from the behavior change it depends on, with reinforcement, manager involvement, and measurement designed in first.

Build Your Enablement Function

The build plan for a function that does not exist yet or exists as one overloaded person: charter, operating model, roles, JDs, hiring sequence, intake system, stack, and the first four quarters of roadmap.

Tech Stack and AI Assessment

An assessment of the stack against actual use, separating platform problems from adoption problems, plus the specific AI use cases worth the team's time and a clear line around what stays human.

Program Optimization and Modernization

An audit and rebuild of the programs already running: what to keep, kill, merge, and rebuild, judged on revenue impact and adoption rather than effort spent.

Maximize Your Highspot Investment

A utilization review of your Highspot investment by the former VP of Revenue Enablement at Highspot: what is unused, where adoption is a login rather than a behavior, and what to change before renewal.
